For accuracy in the drilling process, we need measurements from the center of both the horizontal and vertical lines on the face and sides.  This is visible on our templates in the form of red lines.  We have received hand drawn measurements before and that is fine as well!  Just make sure to give us exact measurements from center and exact size of holes to be drilled.

Powder Coating

Powder coating offers a unique and durable background for your pedal.  We source the majority of our powders from Prismatic.  You can view color swatches on their website, prismaticpowders.com.  See something you like?  Just include the swatch name and item ID on your drill and print template.  Don't need powder coating?  We can print on raw metal as well!

Art Guidlines

Convert all fonts to outlines
Vector art highly preferred!
If art cannot be vectorized please contact us before submitting a quote.
We can only accept CMYK color files
Save as an illustrator file (.ai), editable PDF, or .eps in one of our print templates.
Make sure all art is clipped inside of the grey art bounds. They can't just be hidden behind a layer. Also trim all art outside of the art bounds.
Create a white layer(special color value needed), Gloss layer(if needed), Drill location layer and CMYK layer. Merge all CMYK sub layers into one flat image.
Please order you layers as follows

White Layer Instructions
Your white layer needs to be changed to 1% Cyan. Your color value for white should be as follows C1Y0M0K0. Double check all fill and outlines are change to 1% Cyan.

Gloss Instructions
Your Gloss layer needs to be changed to 50% Cyan(C). Your color value for Gloss should be as follows C0Y0M0K25. Double check all fill and outlines are change to 50% Cyan.Please specify if you want and shiny finish or matte finish by entering either Gloss-S or Gloss-M in layer name.

Please provide your drill locations in the same file with your art. It helps us align your print on your enclosures.
